Wir sind eine Gruppe von rund 15 Fussballer:innen, die gerne kicken und Tore schiessen.

Bei uns sind alle willkommen – von Fussball-«Profis», bei denen man sich coole Tricks abschauen kann, bis Einsteiger:innen, die erste Ballerfahrungen machen wollen.

Nach dem Aufwärmen gibt es einige Kraft- und Technikübungen. Danach wird das Gelernte beim Mätschle angewandt.

Wir trainieren im Sommer auf der Sportanlage der Roche in Birsfelden und im Winter in der Turnhalle Wasgenring. Das Training findet montags von 20 bis 21.40 Uhr statt. An-/Abmeldung im Gruppenchat.

Das Training kostet 130 Franken pro Jahr. Darin ist der Grundbetrag für Rheinbow Sport Basel von 50 Franken inbegriffen.

Hey, soccer lovers! We're a group of around 15 players who are all about kicking and scoring those awesome goals!

Everyone is invited to join us - whether you're a soccer "pro" with some fancy tricks up your sleeve or a total beginner just getting started with the ball. We start with a warm-up, and then it's time for some strength and technique exercises to amp up our game. After that, we put our newfound skills to the test during the exciting matches.

Summer or winter, we've got it all covered. During the warm months, we train at the Roche sports facility in Birsfelden, and when it's chilly, we move indoors to the Wasgenring gymnasium. Every Monday from 8 to 9:40 pm, you’ll find us having a great time.

For 130 francs per year, you get to be part of the action, including the basic fee of 50 francs for Rheinbow Sport Basel.
