Volleyball

Wir sind eine gemischte Gruppe von Menschen, die Freude am Volleyballspielen haben.

Bei uns können alle mitmachen: Anfänger:in und gute:r Spieler:in. Wir bemühen uns, alle ins Spiel zu integrieren. Als Volleyball-«Profi» solltest du jedoch Grossmut mitbringen, wenn andere nicht so gut sind, als Anfänger:in kannst du dir die Besseren als Massstab nehmen, was du erreichen willst.

Manchmal zeigt uns nach dem individuellen Aufwärmen ein:e Trainer:in ein paar Tricks und Spielzüge. Anschliessend üben wir das Gelernte beim freien Spiel.Wir trainieren immer mittwochs im Schulhaus Isaak Iselin an der Strassburgerallee 65 in Basel. Um 20.00 Uhr ist Trainingsbeginn, um 22.00 Uhr müssen wir das Schulhaus wieder verlassen haben.

Das Training kostet 150 Franken pro Jahr. Darin ist der Grundbetrag für Rheinbow Sport Basel von 50 Franken inbegriffen.

Hey there, volleyball enthusiasts! We're a mixed group of people who simply love playing volleyball.

Everyone is more than welcome to join us - whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, we'll make sure you're fully integrated into the game. For those who consider themselves volleyball "pros," we ask for a little generosity when playing with others who might be less experienced. And if you're a beginner, feel free to use the skills of our more seasoned players as a benchmark for what you want to achieve. We're all here to have a great time!

Once we've warmed up, we might get some tips and tricks from a trainer to up our game. Then we put our new knowledge into practice through some free play sessions – lots of fun guaranteed!

Our training sessions take place at the Isaak Iselin school building on Strassburgerallee 65 in Basel. We kick off every Wednesday at 20:00 sharp, and we wrap things up by 22:00.

The cost for our volleyball training is 150 francs per year, and that includes the basic fee for Rheinbow Sport Basel, which is 50 francs.
